Business Development & Operations Specialist Oil & Gas (India)
Role Objective
The primary responsibility of this role is to build strong client relationships, expand business opportunities, and support end-to-end tendering and proposal management while working closely with operational execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with oil and gas operators across India
- Identify and source tenders from oil companies (ONGC, Oil India, and others)
- Coordinate with internal offices for tender participation and documentation
- Manage both onshore and offshore tendering opportunities
- Structure pricing and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams
- Submit proposals to end clients and participate in bid negotiations until contract finalization
- Act as a key interface between oil operators and execution team to ensure smooth project delivery
Required Experience & Skills
- 510 years of operational experience in the Oil & Gas sector, along with exposure to business development
- Hands-on experience in at least one or more of the following:
- Well Intervention
- Well Production
- Well Testing
- Well Flow Management
- Strong understanding of tendering, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations
- Ability to manage client relationships and support revenue growth initiatives
