Position Title: Business Development Manager, Southeast Asia and the Middle East B2B Sales

Experience Required: 7 to 10 Years

Location: Remote- Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi

Industry: B2B / Professional Services (HR industry experience is mandatory)

About the Role:

This is not just a sales role it's a strategic, end-to-end sales leadership position. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth across Southeast Asia and the Middle East by generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, building strong relationships with prospects, and closing deals for our world-class learning and leadership solutions.

Your role will involve lead generation, CRM/database management, outreach strategy, market mapping, and ownership of proposal creation, conducting sales meetings, and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead proactive B2B outreach using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels to build and nurture a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage CRM and sales databases to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

effectively

  • Create, customize, and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Conduct sales meetings and product demos virtually or in-person to engage decision- makers and influencers
  • Perform market mapping and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends across Southeast Asia and the Middle East
  • Monitor sales metrics and pipeline health; provide accurate forecasts and reports to Business Manager
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Travel - based on performance and lead conversion opportunities

Required Skills Experience:

  • 5-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in professional services, learning, or technology domains
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex sales
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing platforms
  • Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with basic skills in sales metrics and performance tracking
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across diverse teams and geographies
