Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base, forge strategic partnerships, and boost revenue through staffing services. The ideal candidate will leverage industry networks to secure new business in the Indian staffing sector, with a focus on long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries (IT, BFSI, manufacturing) via cold calling, networking, and LinkedIn outreach.

Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets (e.g., 50L+ in new contracts).

Pitch customized staffing solutions, including temporary, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts and SLAs.

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales approaches.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote our services.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of proven experience in business development/sales within staffing, recruitment, or B2B services in India.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.

Hunter mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work full-time from our Basavanagudi office (no WFH).
