Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site business development manager role based in Srinagar. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors such as hospitality, corporate offices, government institutions, malls, airports, and IT parks. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company policies. The role will involve managing a sales pipeline, tracking progress against targets, and coordinating with internal teams in marketing, project coordination, and customer support to ensure timely delivery and installation. The business development manager will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies and support long-term account relationships.
