Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team in the EdTech sector. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through proactive field sales, customer relationship management, and strategic market outreach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to medical colleges (PG & UG) on a daily basis.
  • Present and promote the company's products and services to students and doctors.
  • Drive key performance metrics such as app downloads, sign-ups, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and institutional partners.
  • Meet with clients to conduct in-person presentations, demos, and deal closures.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to identify and engage new prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech, Healthcare, or Education services.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple leads and field activities effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and college visits.

    Work Mode:

    Hybrid / Remote + Field Role — involves frequent travel for on-site meetings and client interactions.
