Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Direct Sales based in Gurugram. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and drive direct sales growth. Responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborating with teams across the company to meet revenue objectives is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Direct Sales, and creating sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity solutions and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or IT services industry is an added advantage.
