About the Role

SRV Media is looking for a result-oriented Senior Growth Executive – Digital Services to join our Kolkata team. The role is focused on acquiring new clients and driving revenue for SRV's digital marketing services.

We are looking for someone who understands the basics of digital marketing, knows how the agency market operates, and has the ability to open conversations with relevant clients. The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing discussions, comfortable with consultative selling, and capable of building a strong sales pipeline for digital services.

Candidates with existing business connections in Kolkata and East India will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for SRV's digital marketing services.
  • Generate leads through existing connects, market outreach, referrals, cold calls, networking, LinkedIn, and industry references.
  • Pitch digital services such as Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creative Campaigns, and Integrated Digital Solutions.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, requirement-gathering discussions, and need analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal strategy, digital, creative, SEO, performance, and content teams to create relevant proposals.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, commercials, and scope of work documents.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to meeting, proposal, negotiation, closure, and handover.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business owners, founders, marketing heads, brand managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing patterns, and client expectations in the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills and experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing sales, media sales, ad sales, agency sales, or business development.
  • Basic to strong understanding of digital marketing services, including Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Website Development, and Digital Campaigns.
  • Prior experience in selling digital marketing retainers or campaign-based digital solutions will be preferred.
  • Existing client connects in Kolkata/East India will be a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Should be comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, proposal discussions, and closure conversations.
  • Experience working with digital agencies, media agencies, ad sales companies, or marketing service providers will be preferred.

  • Understands how digital marketing services are sold in the market.
  • Has confidence in approaching and meeting business owners, founders, and marketing heads.
  • Can bring relevant client opportunities through existing connects and active market outreach.
  • Has a basic understanding of digital platforms, campaign objectives, lead generation, branding, and performance marketing.
  • Is hungry to grow, target-driven, and comfortable taking revenue ownership.
  • Can represent SRV Media professionally in front of clients.

Good to Have

  • Existing network across education, real estate, healthcare, retail, hospitality, start-ups, or regional businesses.
  • Prior experience selling to Kolkata or East India-based clients.
  • Understanding of agency commercials, retainers, campaign pricing, and proposal structures.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation platforms.
