Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Marketing or IT Sales, along with international exposure. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role will also involve collaboration with internal teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends. Proactive engagement and communication with clients will be central to achieving targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and the complete client lifecycle for business growth and client acquisition.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and Marketing principles to develop and execute effective campaigns.
• Strong skills and knowledge in Web Analytics to track, measure, and improve marketing and business performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to establish and maintain successful client partnerships.
• Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or another relevant field.
• Prior experience in IT Sales or a digital marketing agency is mandatory.
