The Opportunity

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, understand business challenges, and position Creativeamigos as a trusted growth partner.

You will work directly with founders, helping them leverage our expertise in:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Performance Marketing
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Branding & Creative Strategy
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Video Production
  • Outdoor Advertising (OOH)
  • Print Media
  • Radio & Traditional Media
  • Corporate Events & Activations

If you're passionate about networking, pitching ideas, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, partnerships, events, and strategic prospecting.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Consistently convert leads into paying clients and maximize deal value.
  • Drive agency revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Pitch and sell traditional media solutions (print, radio, outdoor, activations, etc.)
  • Pitch and sell for digital marketing services
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all Creativeamigos services.
  • Represent Creativeamigos at networking events, industry meets, and client presentations

Performance expectations (KPI) :The ideal candidate will be accountable for:

Sales and Revenue

  • Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Consistent new client acquisition
  • Increasing average deal size
  • Meeting annual business growth objectives

Pipeline Management

  • Generating qualified leads
  • Maintaining a strong sales funnel
  • Improving proposal-to-closure conversion rates

Business Impact

  • Expanding Creativeamigos market presence
  • Building strategic partnerships
  • Growing recurring revenue opportunities
  • Increasing client lifetime value

Required Skills and Experience

Must Have

3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Agency Sales, Media Sales, Advertising, or Marketing Services

Proven track record of achieving targets

Experience selling:

  • Digital Marketing Services
  • Branding & Creative Solutions
  • Advertising & Media Solutions
  • Traditional Media Services

Strong lead generation and closing skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities

Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle

Strong commercial acumen and revenue-focused mindset
