Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to craft tailored solutions for client needs. Responsibilities include conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, developing proposals, and delivering presentations. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial part in driving company growth and expanding the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify growth opportunities
• Understanding of digital marketing services, including paid advertising, social media management, and content creation
• Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets
• Proficiency in cold calling and cold emailing
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or related industry is a plus
