Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager IT Sales with 8+ years of proven expertise in international IT sales. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in generating business through freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar channels, along with excellent team leadership and client management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads and close IT projects through Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online platforms
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for IT services
- Manage end-to-end client communication, requirement gathering, and proposal presentations
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage the business development/sales team
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project understanding and delivery alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT sales and business development
- Strong expertise in freelancing portals (Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
- Proven experience in team handling and client handling
- Good understanding of IT technologies (Web, Mobile, Software Development, Digital Solutions)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling international clients
- Strong knowledge of proposal writing and bidding strategies
