Business Development Manager

The role is responsible for driving & scaling the ESCO(energy service company) business vertical within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

· Developing and managing a strong ESCO project pipeline (minimum 3x coverage) aligned with company growth

targets

· Engaging with government departments (PHED, Jal Boards, ULBs, DISCOMs) to originate ESCO opportunities

· Structuring performance-based contracts, including energy savings models, CAPEX/OPEX structures, and PPP

frameworks

· Leading bid strategy, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization

· Collaborating with internal technical, finance, and project teams for DPR preparation and execution alignment

· Identifying opportunities to integrate ESCO with O&M, Solar, and EPC projects for bundled solutions

This role is critical to expanding the company's high-margin, recurring revenue ESCO portfolio, aligned with its

technology-driven and PPP-led growth strategy

Education Qualifications: Btech (Electrical or Mechanical preferable)

Experience - 7-10 years of relevant experience

Willingness to travel extensively
