Role Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and highly driven
Business Development Manager to lead
new client acquisition for Zyeta's Design & Build business.
This is a
100% Hunting Role , ideal for professionals who excel at identifying opportunities, opening new doors, building strategic relationships, and winning high-value corporate interior projects. The role requires a strong market presence, exceptional networking capabilities, and a proven track record of generating business through self-driven prospecting and relationship development.You will own the complete business development lifecycle—from market mapping and lead generation to client engagement, commercial negotiations, and successful project closure.
Requirements Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients for Zyeta's Design & Build business.
- Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
- Develop a strong network with enterprise decision-makers, Corporate Real Estate leaders, GCCs, IPCs, PMCs, architects, consultants, commercial developers, and strategic partners to identify, influence, and convert new Design & Build opportunities.
- Identify workplace expansion, relocation, consolidation, and transformation opportunities across target markets.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and project closure.
- Collaborate with Design, Pre-Sales, Estimation, and Delivery teams to create winning proposals and client presentations.Build a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve new business and revenue targets.
- Stay ahead of market trends, commercial real estate developments, and competitive intelligence to uncover new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of successful Business Development experience within Commercial Interior Fit-out, Design & Build, Workplace Solutions, Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, or Construction.
- Strong market connect with Enterprise Clients, GCCs, Corporate Real Estate teams, IPCs, PMCs, Architects, Consultants, Developers, and key decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in generating self-sourced leads and closing large-value commercial interior projects.
- Excellent networking, consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hunting new business and consistently exceeding sales targets.
