Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with clients, manage sales strategies, and provide tailored solutions for clients needs. Responsibilities include market analysis, meeting with stakeholders, preparing proposals, and overseeing the pre-sales process. Collaborating with technical teams to deliver project-specific solutions is a key aspect of the role. You will work towards achieving sales targets, represent Data Digger Equipment at industry events, and contribute to the company's long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in market analysis and proposal preparation
  • Knowledge of geotechnical and structural monitoring solutions is preferred
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and project-oriented teams
  • Understanding of infrastructure sectors (e.g., tunnels, bridges, metro, rail, and dams) is highly beneficial
  • A Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel and engage directly with project sites and clients
