Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a business development manager focusing on data center ELV (extra-low voltage) projects, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and working closely with the sales and technical teams to craft tailored solutions. The individual will be responsible for market research, project planning, proposing solutions, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additional duties include coordinating with project teams for successful execution and providing regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
• Understanding of ELV systems such as video surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems
• Strong skills in market research, sales strategy development, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Technical knowledge and ability to collaborate with engineering and project teams
• Proficiency in project planning, execution, and management
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Familiarity with the requirements of industries such as seaports, airports, power plants, or defense organizations is advantageous
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, are preferred
