We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Rudrapur. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to enhance partnerships, and managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include generating leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expand market reach while maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs.
