Role OverviewWe're looking for a Business Development Associate to drive new client acquisition for Tech It! across Shopify growth, CRO, and performance marketing. This role is focused on outbound, lead qualification, and closing high-quality D2C brands across SMB and enterprise segments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and reach out to D2C brands (India + international)
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls
- Pitch and close SMB and enterprise merchants
- Maintain pipeline hygiene (CRM tracking, follow-ups)
- Work closely with the founder on proposals and closures
What We're Looking For- 2–3 years of BD/sales experience in an agency setup (D2C/Shopify/marketing preferred)
- Proven experience in working with and closing SMB and enterprise merchants
- Strong communication and pitching skills
- Comfortable with outbound sales and rejection
- Good understanding of e-commerce / D2C ecosystem
- High ownership and execution speed
