Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Manager will take charge of identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and implementing sales strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include market research, engaging with potential customers, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also require the development and execution of plans to expand customer relationships and increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills with a proven track record of achieving growth and targets
• Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic planning and organizational skills for business growth initiatives
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently under minimal supervision
• Familiarity with the FRP or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for client meetings as needed
