The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partner to build new business for the company. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities:-

Job Description for BDM

* Customer relationship management.

* Writing business proposal for new. client.

* Identify and research potential client.

* Identify sales opportunities.

* Build relationship.

* Develop Strategies.

* Lead negotiations.

* Build Market position, defining and closing business relationship.

Skills:

* Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

* Ability to negotiate.

* Research and Strategy Skills.

* Networking Skills.

* Ability to adapt change.

* Develop new relationship in an effort to grow business and help company expand.

* Maintain existing Business.

* Think critically when planning to assure project success.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* 1-4 years prior industry related business development experience.

* Proven knowledge and execution of successful development Strategies.

* Focused and goal- oriented.
