Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our customer base globally.

This is an early-stage role. There's no large team, no fixed playbook, and no steady flow of inbound leads. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, build opportunities from scratch, and drive results independently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospect and engage customers through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
  • Generate interest in our cybersecurity training and services.
  • Run discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to closure.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Own your pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets.
  • Work with the technical team on deeper customer discussions when needed.

Who This Is For

  • 5–6 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience.
  • Must have experience selling cybersecurity training, labs, and/or certification programs.
  • Must be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
