Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with prospective and existing clients with high confidence and accountability
  • Identify, track, and analyze potential companies based on industry, size, and business potential
  • Maintain structured databases of businesses, stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Track outreach status, remarks, follow-ups and deal stages in CRM
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to move leads through the funnel
  • Support deal closures through consistent engagement and data-driven insights
  • Develop case studies and outbound collateral to convert clients successfully

Key Competencies

  • Strong confidence and ownership in handling clients and prospects
  • Comfortable with outbound sales efforts and relationship building
  • Worked in any of the advanced manufacturing industries like Aerospace, Medical equipment, robotics, semiconductor manufacturing, EVs or Energy
  • Has understanding of precision manufacturing capabilities like CNC machining, injection molding, prototyping etc.
  • Prior exposure to B2B sales in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in follow-ups
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate companies and prioritize high-value leads
  • Bonus: someone who has had international sales/ calling experience

Technical & Tool Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (tracking, reporting, analysis)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and other tools like Apollo
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt engineering for sales research, lead enrichment and automation
