Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the financial services and corporate.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase revenue and deepen engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and address client needs, providing solutions and support as required.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of CRISIL's products and services across sectors
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

Education:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the financial services or consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
