Role Overview

We are looking for aBusiness Development Managerwho can drive revenue growth, lead a passionate sales team, and create meaningful learner experiences. The ideal candidate should come with a strong EdTech background, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closure.
  • Build, coach, and motivate the team to improve performance and conversion metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize lead management and conversion efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Track performance metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the EdTech landscape, learner needs, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2C EdTech sales.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a sales team.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Open to working 6 days a week (Monday - Saturday) Work from Office
