Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Team & Client Management:
- Lead and mentor the Client Servicing team and in-house event team.
- Build lasting client relationships and drive upselling opportunities.
- Client Service Excellence:
- Establish and maintain high-quality client service protocols.
- Resolve client issues professionally to maintain satisfaction and retention.

- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Engagement, and Account Management
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Lead Generation
- Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Negotiation, and Communication
- Ability to identify market trends and adapt strategies to changing demands
- Team collaboration and leadership skills
- Demonstrated experience in branding, marketing, or related industries is an advantage
