This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Business Development Manager - Creative Services. The selected candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals. Responsibilities also include creating strategic business plans, identifying market trends, attending relevant events, and expanding Madafu Designs client base while delivering unmatched client solutions.

• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in market research, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating contracts
• Understanding of UX and design principles, creative services, and their application in business development
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple projects
• Relevant experience in the design or creative services industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
