Business Development Manager Corporate Sales

Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales and distributor partnerships for 7 Bazaari's premium gifting and hampers portfolio. The role focuses on acquiring corporates (HR/Admin/Procurement) and building strong relationships with corporate distributors, resellers, and channel partners to expand B2B gifting solutions for festive and year-round requirements.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
1. Corporate Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and target corporate clients, SMEs, startups, and large enterprises for gifting solutions.
- Generate a qualified pipeline via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, corporate events, and references.
- Drive seasonal and festive campaigns for maximum corporate gifting conversions.
- In addition to this, add find suitable Institution business such as airline, Corporate, railways, and others
2. Corporate Distributor & Channel Partner Management
- Identify and onboard corporate distributors, B2B resellers, and institutional buyers.
- Build strong partnerships to increase bulk order volume through distribution channels.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and annual business plans with distributors.
3. Relationship Management
- Maintain strong connections with HR, Admin, and Procurement decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements for branding, customization, and budget constraints.
- Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships with corporates and distributors.
4. Sales Pitching & Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver custom proposals and catalogs to corporates and partners.
- Manage pricing, discount structures, and credit terms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
5. Coordination & Execution
- Work with design, procurement, and operations teams for timely execution of large orders.
- Ensure high-quality service, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in Corporate Sales and Channel/Distributor Management (Corporate Gifting, FMCG, or Premium Products preferred).
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong understanding of B2B procurement cycles and distributor dynamics.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 47 years of experience in Corporate Sales + Channel Management.
- Prior experience with corporate gifting, festive hampers, or B2B premium products is a strong plus.

- Number of active corporate distributors onboarded.
- Monthly revenue from direct and channel sales.
- Conversion rate from leads to closures.
