Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager specializing in corporate fit-out OR design & build (D&B) services, based in Mumbai. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and maintaining strong partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, analyzing client needs, preparing proposals and presentations, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in business development, client acquisition, and building long-term partnerships

• Prior experience in the corporate interior design or real estate industry is a Must

• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets
• Knowledge of the corporate fit-out and D&B industry, including market trends and competitive landscape
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
