Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive enterprise and multi-location brand acquisition. This role focuses on outbound sales, closing pilot deals, and building a strong B2B sales pipeline. You will work closely with the founder and take direct ownership of revenue-focused outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target enterprise & multi-location businesses
Execute outbound sales via calls, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct product demos and presentations for key decision-makers
Close paid pilots and commercial contracts
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Share market and customer insights to improve GTM strategy
Success Metrics
Qualified leads generated
Product demos completed
Deals / pilots closed
Sales pipeline value created
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales
Proven outbound and closing skills
Experience selling to brands or multi-location businesses
Comfortable working full-time from office in Kochi
Self-driven and outcome-oriented
Nice to Have
Experience in MarTech, Local SEO, or Google Business Profile ecosystem
Experience working with startups or early-stage products
Contract & Compensation
