Role Description
We're looking for a BD professional who has sold into digital marketing agencies or marketing services environments before. You understand how agencies are structured, how they think about capacity and margin, and why a stretched performance team is a pain point - not a feature request. You don't need to be convinced that this is a real problem. You've probably sold into it.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the outbound sales pipeline end-to-end — prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposals, and close
- Identifying high-fit accounts across digital marketing agencies, SaaS marketing teams, and D2C brands in international markets
- Running signal-based outreach — reading active job postings, LinkedIn activity, and growth signals to personalise every touch
- Managing multi-channel sequences across cold email (Instantly), LinkedIn DMs/InMails, and cold calling
- Holding discovery and pitch calls independently; looping in the founder for high-value accounts
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM hygiene and weekly reporting
- Contributing to positioning, offer refinement, and go-to-market thinking based on what you're hearing in the market
- Nurturing warm leads, referral relationships, and past conversations back to active pipeline
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, with a meaningful portion selling digital marketing services, agency solutions, or marketing tech.
- Direct exposure to digital marketing agencies as a customer — you understand how they're organised, how decisions are made, and what keeps a growth director up at night
- Strong written and spoken English — you're writing to CMOs and founders in SaaS & D2C.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals independently, not just supporting an enterprise team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where playbooks are being built alongside execution
- Proficient with outbound tooling — Apollo, Sales Navigator, Instantly (or equivalents)
- Experience managing senior-level relationships (CMO, VP Marketing, Agency Owner level)
