C. Role Overview — Offline Lead Generation (Business Development Manager)

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to build and drive a strong pipeline of qualified prospects by tapping into real estate broker and builder networks.This role combines market development, relationship building, and hands-on execution in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

D. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute offline lead-generation strategies focused on builder and broker partnerships
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales funnel
  • Build and manage CRM databases with accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and outreach initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify new industries and growth opportunities
  • Track performance metrics and optimize lead-generation effectiveness
  • Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to sales teams

E. Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
  • 4+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or network sales
  • Strong networking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
  • Experience in commercial real estate or interior design industry is a plus
