2) Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Representative – Commercial Appliance Solutions to support SolutionMall's commercial appliance business development in India.

This is a flexible cooperation-based role suitable for professionals with local customer resources, channel relationships, or business development experience in commercial appliances, hotel equipment, restaurant equipment, supermarket equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC, kitchen equipment, or facility supply sectors.

This role focuses on developing local customer opportunities, identifying real procurement needs, supporting RFQ development, and helping SolutionMall promote commercial appliance solutions in India.

We are especially interested in candidates who understand the difference between commercial-use equipment and ordinary household appliances.

The ideal candidate should be able to support:

  • Customer development
  • Channel and distributor communication
  • Project opportunity follow-up
  • RFQ and quotation coordination
  • Commercial appliance solution promotion
  • Market feedback
  • Commercial coordination
  • Project advancement support

This is not a household appliance retail sales role. It is a B2B business development role focused on commercial, project-based, and long-term-use equipment.

3)Key Responsibilities

  • Develop local customer and channel opportunities in India across hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, laundromats, commercial buildings, and facility projects.
  • Promote commercial appliance solutions such as laundry equipment, refrigeration, commercial kitchen equipment, dishwashers, water heaters, displays, HVAC, exhaust, and ventilation systems.
  • Follow up on customer needs, RFQs, quotations, product matching, and project progress.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, SolutionMall teams, suppliers, distributors, and project contacts.
  • Share market feedback on demand trends, pricing, competitors, procurement habits, and channel opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in commercial appliances, hotel equipment, restaurant equipment, supermarket equipment, refrigeration, laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, ventilation, or B2B equipment sales.
  • Familiar with commercial-use equipment and able to understand customer needs, product selection, RFQ follow-up, and quotation coordination.
  • Good communication skills and ability to develop local customers, distributors, contractors, or project contacts in India.
  • Experience with hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, laundromats, facility management companies, or equipment distributors is preferred.
  • Existing customer or channel resources in India are a strong advantage.
  • Working proficiency in English.
