Business Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ahmedabad. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. Core responsibilities include market research, creating comprehensive business strategies, conducting client presentations, driving lead generation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. This role will also involve monitoring industry trends and identifying potential areas for business expansion.

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build and maintain external and internal relationships
• Ability to create business strategies and execute them efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
• Understanding of financial and legal operations services is a plus
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role
