Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can identify, generate, and convert business opportunities into successful projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, lead generation, proposal creation, and closing deals for software development, web development, mobile applications, digital marketing, or related IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project estimates.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in bringing software development or IT service projects.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.
