Industry: Elevator, Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Key Responsibilities of a BDM Identifying and securing business opportunities with both prospective and existing clients to align with sales targets. Understanding client requirements and offering suitable product solutions. Collaborating with Architects, Project Management Consultants, and Builders to develop technical proposals, estimations, tenders, project pricing, and techno-commercial offers. Creating estimations, tenders, and project pricing specifically for elevators. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within client accounts. Processing and booking orders using ERP systems. Enhancing overall customer relationships and providing reliable administrative support and customer service. Maintaining accurate pipeline and sales forecast on a monthly basis within the company's CRM system. Overseeing the entire client relationship process, encompassing pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection. Closing a minimum of 3 elevator orders per month. Supporting the Manager in preparing MIS reports as needed. Generating 10 qualified leads per day, including accurate location and comprehensive client details.
