Job Description

At CLEAR Premium Water, the HoReCa segment is a vital part of our growth strategy. As we enhance our presence in premium hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafs, and institutional partners, we seek experienced HoReCa beverage professionals to build and scale this channel in key markets.

This role is suited for professionals who understand the dynamics of the beverage HoReCa ecosystem, including account acquisition, distributor alignment, and premium outlet development.

Key Responsibilities

  • HoReCa Channel Expansion:
  • Drive revenue growth and market penetration within the HoReCa beverage segment
  • Acquire and develop key accounts, including luxury hotels, premium restaurants, cafs, lounges, and caterers
  • Build and manage specialized HoReCa distributors to ensure strong secondary execution
  • Establish CLEAR Premium Water as a preferred beverage partner across target accounts
  • Lead negotiations, commercial agreements, and long-term account relationships
  • Ensure visibility, menu placements, and activation opportunities within premium outlets
  • Own territory targets, profitability, and channel growth metrics

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 610 years of FMCG/Beverage sales experience, with strong HoReCa channel exposure
  • Proven track record in managing premium HoReCa accounts in beverages (Water, Carbonated Drinks, -Juices, Energy Drinks, or Alcoholic Beverages)
  • Strong network within hotel chains, restaurant groups, cafs, and HoReCa distributors
  • Demonstrated success in account acquisition and territory expansion
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly ownership-driven, field-focused, and growth-oriented
