Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and supporting sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include market research, developing business strategies, negotiating client agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Strategy Development and Market Research
- Proven skills in Sales, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making capabilities
- Knowledge of the piping solutions industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Chennai
- Flexibility to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and teams
