Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. This on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, and driving partnerships with hospitals and doctors. The Business Development Manager will also oversee client management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives, and develop strategies to expand CareBid's network and market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, client acquisition, and account management experience
• Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and business analysis
• Strategic planning and negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or experience in a similar domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
