We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company's market presence.
  • Identify potential clients and build long-term relationships to drive business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Experience 8-14 yearsLocation Pune/Bangalore

Experience of promoting product engineering services

Excellent negotiation & inter-personal skills with a demonstrated history of over-achieving targets

Strong campaign management skills; experience of documenting lead generation activities & maintaining CRM

Excellent collaborative skills to support onsite sales teams and ensure coordination between the client & delivery teams

Regular follow-ups & closures with prospects
