Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored software/product solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research, outbound calls, and networking
- Execute product marketing initiatives and promote specific product/service lines
- Conduct client presentations, demos, and on-site meetings to showcase offerings
- Collaborate with internal sales teams, business managers, and stakeholders to grow key accounts
- Participate in trade shows, events, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility
- Perform competitive market analysis to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and market dynamics
✅ Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in Software Products & Services (CAD / CAM / CAE / PTC / PLM)
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, and solution selling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented (go-getter mindset)
- Experience in Engineering Services & Products will be an added advantage
- Exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE / PTC / PLM sales is highly preferred
- Familiarity with tendering and bid management processes is a plus
