Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute daily field activity plans and update progress through the FOS App.
  • Conduct market visits to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees, healthcare partners, and referral sources.
  • Identify strategic tie-ups and partnerships to expand business and strengthen brand presence.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Support franchise partners in business planning, operational setup, and performance improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, service standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Prepare and share daily reports on activities, leads, and target achievement.
  • Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/mobile applications

  • Good presentation and reporting skills

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Franchise Management
  • Experience in B2B sales, direct sales, or strategic partnerships preferred
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive
