Business Development Manager

What you'll do:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and referral partners

· Conduct regular meetings with doctors to generate patient referrals

· Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

· Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships

· Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to improve performance

· Support marketing initiatives and local outreach activities

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding

· Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning

· Monitor appointments, scheduling, and patient flow

· Maintain operational reports and ensure compliance standards

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities

What we need:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree (Healthcare/Management preferred)
• 4 – 8 years of experience in clinic operations and/or healthcare sales
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Experience in handling targets and business development
• Ability to manage operations and lead a team
