Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our international client base across the USA and Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and building long-term relationships to drive export sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research potential clients in the USA and European markets
- Generate leads through online platforms, databases, and market research
- Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling and email outreach
- Handle international client communication professionally and confidently
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain and update CRM/database with client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, samples, and order processing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international buyers
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
- Confidence in cold calling international clients
- Basic understanding of export processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to draft professional emails and proposals
- Good research and lead generation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email tools, and internet research
Preferred Experience:- 03 years in international sales / export marketing / business development
- Experience working with USA or European clients is a plus
