Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hydrabad for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and guiding them through the product offerings. The role also involves negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Business Development Manager will actively participate in sales presentations, represent the company at industry events, and monitor project execution to maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies for driving growth
  • Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and presenting data-driven insights
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of architectural products, acoustical solutions, or interior design markets is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
