Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Hitec City. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to strategic business growth. Other responsibilities include market research, preparing sales pitches, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Experience in market research, business analysis, and spotting emerging trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and writing business proposals
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and sales targets
• Familiarity with the furniture or ergonomic solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven ability to work independently in an on-site capacity
