Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities innutraceuticals & herbal products(third-party manufacturing, private labeling, PCD, bulk supply)
  • Identify and onboarddomestic & export clientsfor nutraceutical and herbal ranges
  • Handlelead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closures
  • Prepare and presentproduct portfolios, formulations, and proposals
  • Coordinate withR&D, regulatory, QA, and production teams
  • Ensure compliance withFSSAI / AYUSH regulations
  • Track market trends, new ingredients, and competitor activity
  • Participate inexpos, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Achieve assignedbusiness growth and revenue targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Desired Candidate Profile
  • Experience:
  • Assistant Manager: 24 years
  • Manager: 48+ years in Nutraceutical / Herbal BD
  • Hands-on experience innutra/herbal third-party manufacturing or private label
  • Strong knowledge ofdosage forms(tablets, capsules, powders, syrups, sachets, gummies, etc.)
  • Understanding ofFSSAI, AYUSH, labeling, and export norms
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel (if required)

Qualifications

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • Nutraceutical / Herbal certification is an added advantage
