We help clients scale project delivery through BIM, MEP engineering support, virtual design and construction (VDC), and dedicated engineering teams operating from India.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our BIM and MEP outsourcing practice. This is a client acquisition and revenue-generation role focused on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and securing long-term engineering services engagements across North America and the Gulf region.

The ideal candidate has a strong network within the AEC industry, understands BIM and MEP project delivery, and has a proven track record of selling engineering services, outsourcing solutions, or project-based engagements to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new AEC clients across the USA and GCC markets.
  • Develop relationships with MEP contractors, general contractors, EPC firms, engineering consultants, design-build organizations, BIM managers, and VDC leaders.
  • Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and account growth.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities aligned with revenue targets.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions with decision-makers regarding BIM delivery, MEP coordination, engineering support, project execution, and offshore engagement models.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop client-specific solutions and winning proposals.
  • Manage the transition from sales to delivery while maintaining strong executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
  • Represent BrezQ at industry conferences, trade associations, webinars, networking events, and relevant AEC communities.
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, pipeline health, and performance metrics through CRM systems.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition experience within BIM, MEP, engineering services, architecture, construction technology, or AEC outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated success selling services into the USA and/or GCC markets.
  • Existing relationships with contractors, engineering consultants, BIM managers, VDC leaders, project directors, or procurement stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently generate opportunities and close international service engagements.
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows, Revit-based project delivery, MEP coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and LOD standards.
  • Ability to engage confidently with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage opportunities and sales pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network within the North American or GCC AEC ecosystem.
  • Experience selling BIM modeling, MEP engineering support, VDC services, construction documentation, CAD production, or engineering outsourcing solutions.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Navisworks, Revizto, Procore, Bluebeam, or related construction technology platforms.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and multi-year client relationships.
  • Understanding of offshore delivery models and global engineering services.

Success Metrics

  • New client acquisition and annual contract value generated.
  • Qualified pipeline growth and opportunity conversion rates.
  • Revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
