  • Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Field-Based / Remote)

Role Purpose: Our client is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Odisha region. You will be responsible for expanding the partnership network, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring that revenue targets for student recruitment are consistently achieved through strategic agency management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish high-value partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and educational providers.
  • Relationship Management: Sustain productive relationships with recruiting partners, company executives, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Market Growth: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitive positioning to improve product offerings.
  • Training & Enablement: Lead business meetings and provide regular training to new recruitment partners to ensure service quality.
  • Sales Strategy: Analyze financial data and customer feedback to develop cost-effective strategies that maximize enrollment and increase profitability.
  • Negotiation: Meet with potential partners to present company services and lead high-level business negotiations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, preferably within the International Education or EdTech sector.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems.
  • Mobility: Must be able to travel within the region as required to meet partners and attend events.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills with a strong sense of business acumen.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in India.
