Job Description : Business Head - Beauty & Personal Care
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute business strategy for personal care & cosmetic chemicals.
- Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and manage key customer relationships with formulators and brands.
- Identify new product, market, and application opportunities.
- Lead pricing, negotiations, and commercial decisions.
- Track market trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and operations teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in beauty & personal care / specialty chemicals.
- Strong exposure to B2B sales, market development, and P&L ownership.
- Proven leadership and strategic execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
