Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing / Bench Sales

Magarpatta, Pune, MH, India I Remote for Right Candidate

Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Bench Sales, Vendor Management, Client Relationship Management, and US IT Staffing processes. The candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, generating business opportunities, building vendor/client relationships, and driving successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market IT consultants on Bench to prime vendors and direct clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and implementation partners
  • Generate new business opportunities and maintain a strong vendor network
  • Work with H1B, OPT, GC, USC, and TN consultants
  • Coordinate with recruiters and account managers for submissions and closures
  • Negotiate rates and close requirements efficiently
  • Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Utilize portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job boards effectively
  • Ensure regular follow-up with vendors and consultants
  • Identify new client opportunities and expand business partnerships
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Skills

  • 4–5 years of experience in Bench Sales / BDM / US IT Staffing
  • Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of US Staffing processes and tax terms
  • Strong vendor and client network preferred
  • Hands-on experience with portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent relationship management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
  • Proven track record of successful closures and placements
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
