Role Summary
We need a high-activity BDM who can generate and close deals consistently. This is a target-driven, numbers-heavy role focused on revenue generation rather than coordination.
Work Schedule & Location
Onsite – Hyderabad
6 Days/Week
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads via outbound channels (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email)
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations
- Manage pipeline in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
- Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
- Maintain accurate reporting of activities and conversions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, demos, follow-ups)
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

- Number of calls/demos per day
