Job Description

Role Summary

We need a high-activity BDM who can generate and close deals consistently. This is a target-driven, numbers-heavy role focused on revenue generation rather than coordination.

Work Schedule & Location

Onsite – Hyderabad

6 Days/Week

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads via outbound channels (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email)
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations
  • Manage pipeline in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging
  • Maintain accurate reporting of activities and conversions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Comfortable with high daily activity (calls, demos, follow-ups)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

KPIs

  • Number of calls/demos per day
  • Qualified leads generated
  • Conversion rate
  • Monthly revenue closed
  • Follow-up adherence rate
